I am looking for a video card to output via SDI a PAL video signal. I currently use the Matrox Digisuite family, but do you know of any better systems that will work for me?

I would like realtime output of After Effects and Premiere and possibly Photoshop to be part of the features.

Oh yes this is on a 'Wintel' box.
