newbie question here: Distance markers in Boujou like Distance contraints in Maya Live?

I have a hand held shot walking through an outdoor sidewalk at a local stip mall. The shot is about 319 frames, and covers about 10-15feet.

I'm doing a test here, and can track it fine, did the tutorials on creating stand in geometry and got that to work.

but when I export my camera to maya, my camera only travels 2 1/4 grid units, making my planned animation test unfeasible.

In Maya live, I know you can use Distance contraints to help w/ the camera's tracking.

It's probably right in my face, but where or how to do I use a distance marker of some kind w/ the pillars????

hope this compressed pic helps explain my problem
Thanks!

When you export out of Boujou there is a multiplication option. If it only moves by 2.25 units, and you know you moved 10 units, then just put 4 in the multiplication option.

when you say export
your talking about the export camera function right?

I'm not seeing a multiplication option. I looked in the index, search options etc in the help file, and don't see it.

all I see are the usual file name, cam track, Export Type(Maya), etc

what am I doing wrong?
