CGTalk - attaching two objects?

hello.
I've made two different models and i want to make edges between them. The add edge tool only works on the same mesh, not on two different meshes; so how do i make the meshes into one object? so that i can add edges/bridge polygons/ etc.

You have to merge the two meshes together. Surface > Merge or something I think. Then set the blend to a very low value or 0.

I'm away from my workstation right now but I think it's something like that.

By choosing Blend, Boolean or Merge. They are all found under Model/Create/ Poly.Mesh…
