A very stiff pose, try some contraposto, (head turned in opposing direction to body, or upper torso turned in comparison to lower body).

The characters cranial mass isn't large enough. The facia is one third the full head mass generally. The hair therefore seems to be attached to her face rather than the back of a head.

Quite a pretty face though.
