The lighting seems pretty solid and the pose looks good too, but I think some of the proportions are off. Right now the head seems a bit too large for the body while the arms seem to be too short. Also the right hand seems a bit strange (too small perhaps?), can't really put my finger on it.

Keep it up though, this could become a pretty cool image.
