A little info on the image would be helpful if you're seeking constructive critiques. Obviously it's a portrait of Marley, but what materials did you use? Is it from a photo reference? What's the purpose of your illustration?

Without details, I'm afraid you're just going to get a lot of lookies an no replies.

I'm not real familiar with Marley (I can't even tell you which Marley it is), but his eyes really seem like they are on different planes. His left eye is really deep in the socket in comparison to the right.

I like the technique and it really works well for the dreds, but I think it needs to be varied somehow for the facial features. It seems like his face is suffering from poor jpeg compression or the fuzziness is over-powering his features.

for one thing, i don't think that any more info is needed on this picture; it's obviously a sketch of a picture of marley that he wants critique on. and secondly, i don't think the picture suffers from compression issues; i think it was drawn using charcoal, though i could be wrong. although, if it is indeed charcoal, then you're gonna have a hell of a time making any changes to it.
but i do agree that his eyes don't seem to be following the law of perspective. his left eye should be a little larger than his right, and should protrude a little more.
i do like the way you rendered the laugh lines around his eyes and mouth. the dreads are done well too.
the composition looks pretty solid.
one little nitpick: his teeth aren't lined up properly; on an ideal face, there are four front teeth, bookended by two canines. from the angle shown, i shouldn't be able to see all four of the front teeth.

I knew exactly who it was when i saw it, I dont have this picture to compare to, for all I know you captured the picture exactly which would make all of the rules a perspectives and proportions invalid considering the fact that know person is completly symetrical, but if the image does not look exactly like the refference picture that you used then everything that nineinchneil said is completly true. either way good job. you captured his likeness completly.
