CGTalk - I need a mod :p

Hey, I'm a pretty novice 3d artist, but these past couple of weeks I have been advancing frequently...well, to get down to the point. does anyone know where I could find a beginners mod to work on? For any game, really...I just want a sense of accomplishment, I want experience, i want to help, and i want to have fun :)

I don't think you'll have much luck. The best thing to do for the moment would probably be to find some reference material adn start modelling characters to build your self up a portfolio of work you can show to people. This way they will know that you can model and will be willing to give you a chance. Good Luck. Oh, thats assuming you want to do modelling.
