Hey nice. That first one looks like the chicken from a Warner Brother's cartoon with Foghorn Leghorn (I forget his name.. he's the rooster dude.. I say - I say - I say a rooster dude!)

You should see about trying to lipsynch some animation to the cartoon clips of her. :-)

the 2nd one looks nice. I'tll be nice to see these bad boys in action.

Hey you are talking about "Chicken Run" right? Yeah I have set the expression blendshapes ready. Just got to hook them up and animate them. I'm done with the key voice overs. Gotta sync with them. Yes, I will refer to chicken run for some good reference. Thanx again

You have to watch some WB cartoons. The classic versions. You know, with Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Porky Pig.. Foghorn Leghorn .:-) When cartoons were watched in movie theatres in between War news about WWII :-)

See, the episode that pops into my mind is that she's trying to find a man and she hits on Foghorn for him to be her man. Then she gets help from the farmer's dog that Foghorn picks on to get Foghorn all luvy duvy eyes for him. :-)

Yeah got it:-) The classic cartoon from WB. It is the rooster with white body and a brown neck! I have to find out, where I get these videos.

Yea that first chicken is an almost copy of the old WB character. Good modeling though! :)

you guys are thinking of foghorn leghorn. I agree, I thought of the ame cartoon, byt in 1 episode specifically, there was an older hen that fell in love with him, and she looked just like this one. I like it though, nice style.

The characters are well done and I like them but to add a final note to my post. The crane does resemble the warner brothers character quite a bit and that suggestion about practicing lip syncs with the WB voice I think is a good idea.

In case no one knows what character we are talking about.. I snooped arround the net and found these pictures.

Yeah, I really enjoyed modelling the characters. I've already started the animation. Once the short is ready, I'm surely going to post it for a review.

Bah... everyone's missed my point.. I said it LOOKED like the chicken from that old WB cartoon with Foghorn... I didn't say it WAS that chicken from the cartoon. :-)

People need to understand the language of ENLGIHS a bit more... Oh wait... that's ENGLISH to all those people who continued with the thought process of the crane being a chicken. (Mmm chicken.. GOOD! - 5th element)

ANYWAYS... Awesome modelling job. Waiting on the lil animation of the chick..errr crane. :-)

Crane or chicken, the first thing I thought of when I saw the crane character was Prissie from the Warner Brothers cartoons. (The one where she ends up marrying Foghorn Leghorn was on Australian TV just yesterday :) ).

The characters are going well, but I would advise defining the fox's arms a little more and giving him front paws the same size as his rear ones. Also you might want to consider giving the fox the same sort of corner mouth/cheeks that the crane has, it gives alot of additional expression to the character.

The pigeon looks really good, and IMO she does resemble the WB character too. The jackal looks great too. Let's see some animation
