Would be good if there was a pic of you taken from a camera and we can see where it needs fixing.
Here is a tip, work with basic shapes, circles to ellipses .
Think of the basic anatomical proptions of the head.
I like what you are doing here and the study of the forhead is great. You may try another technique of erasing off parts of the eye to give a feeling of form. We all know what an eye looks like and that the trick. Erasing parts of the eye and leaving the rest for the viewer to enjoy is perhaps the greatest achievemnt of an artist.
I like the 3/4 view you have done and tried you best at foreshortening.
I also reccomend making your hand loose. Take a newspaper and just scribble on it for 5 mins for let your hand be free and not stiff.
