Hi all!
Could have sworn I originally posted this under WIP, but oh well; it was a few months ago. I've finally done some tweaks, so I'd love some final input. You can view the OLD THREAD (http://www.cgtalk.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=1297&highlight=miette) here. It explains more about the model. ...and if you're interested, here's a CAMERA ROTATION (http://www.artgurl.ca/SarahMeagher_website.data/Components/body_fem_01.avi) ...you'll need DivX (http://www.divx.com/features.php) to view it. More images can be found at www.artgurl.ca (http://www.artgurl.ca), under Portfolio >> Works in Progress.

Thanks everyone! :)

I LIKE how you approached the shoulderblades!

Hey miette.... I'd just like to say that your image is really good, I mean.... there's only one teeny tiny thing...maybe you could work a bit on the woman's muscle toning, it would give it a realistic effect....besides that, I like it, but that's just me, I'm a newbie to this....:wavey: :bounce:

check the proportions, she seems a little short. And the eyes need work. But nice model.

You're kidding right? You do know that, humans can be short, tall, skinny fat. We're not all constrained to one size. No need to be so picky on such a nice model

The proportions is a little ****ed ... she seems way too short. Other than that - very nice image. Looks great (i especially like the shoulderblade region - nicely done). Keep up the good work.

Just add a bit of length to the legs and you're there! nice! ;)

Hmm - I think people are trying to shoehorn this model into a stereotypical body shape - remember that it's not just aliens and monsters that can have an 'different' body shape.

Sometimes I think that people on these forums expect to see perfect specimens all of the time ;)

Awsome model! Nice proportions , dude!

I was just thinking about that last night when I was working on a female model of mine last night. I was trying to make her short and a little "thicker" than the models here. I was worried about showing it on cgtalk, because it would seem that everyone crits models that don't look like super model women. I think a short chick is a refreshing change here...Oh, and look! She's a modest C-cup! WHOOOHOOO!!

Just my .02

BTW, great feet and hands!

Yep - seeing the usual 'perfect female body' models is getting rather dull IMHO ;) Trying to develop different body types with modelling shows a better understanding of physiology and anatomy, so getting it right needs some skill.

I think its a great model. Nice proportions. Everyone does the cindy crawford pins of their polyfems but its nice to see more realistic sizes. Now wheres the cg cellulite! :)

Miette - WRT to anatomy - you may want to flatten the area at the top of the breasts where they join the chest. This may help to suggest that the flesh has some weight. Unless, of course, the idea was to give her very pert breasts.
