Does anybody know how to place the mib_lookup_spherical node correctly if the scene has z as upvector?

i highly recommend using maya's IBL node over the mib_lookup_spherical. it has many more options and can be interactively placed in the viewport oriented in any direction.
most of the mib shaders are really pretty useless, in my opinion. they're just generic examples to give codewriters a jump start.
