well, you have some good gestures and your timing seems almost right (it's still late by a frame or so in places), but you need better phonemes. I only counted one or two really distinct shapes there. I may be wrong, but even if you are using more, they aren't distinct enough for me to pick up on, and in some places they almost seem to be the wrong ones. For instance, your audio included the word "revenge" which needs to be broken up into about four phonemes (give or take) to be properly recognized.
a quick "rr" a longer "ee" possibly a very quick "vv" an even longer "enn" and then a quick closing "juh" (or however you'd spell them)
you kind of flowed from what looked like a big "ae" sound into either an "o" or a general consonant, I couldn't tell which it was supposed to be. you're working with a high enough frame rate and a flexible enough model to fit all that in. Lip sync can be very interpretive, but you do need to hit a certain level of consistency before people will simply accept it. If you're looking for some good reference, books like Richard Williams' "Animator's Survival Kit" or "Stop Staring: Facial Modeling and Animation Done Right" are good. But really, the best reference is the mirror (and maybe an occasional trip to google).
