First works, second doesn't. eek. Work on them eyes. Way to wide on the outer edges. Sides that, looks fine. But I'm not the person to go to for tech advice.

Well I'm not an edgeloop-expert so I won't give you advise on that and I also ain't an expert on anatomy, but I would like to point out a few things in that area.
The ear isn't correctly placed. The jaw goes past the ear and that's not right. I think in general the jaw is too long.
I don't know if the jaw is too stronly directed downward, but the part from the chin directly to the neck (I don't know how to name this correctly) shouldn't be directly so much downward, more the opposite.
At last I would like to say that the cheecks aren't too well difined.
I think you've paid most of your attention on the front view and negleted the side view.

Hopefully you can do something with these comments

The nose looks pretty stretched and too long... the eye sockets appear to be very shallow and low as well, and the ears look much too small. Maybe try hanging a reference photo next to the monitor, or an anatomy book close by? The standard skull doesn't look like it could fit inside...

this is only a critique of the side profile pic that you originally posted:

i made this little sketch, to help illustrate the differences between your model (left) and what i believe to be a fairly proportionate head (right). i hope it helps. :)
the back of her skull should end at about the level of her ear, not by the jawline; her neck should be defined from higher up.
her ear should rest behind her mandible bone, not in front of it.
there is no defined cheekbone; from the sketch on the right, you can see that the cheekbone should start a little below the eye.
the angle of her face seems too neanderthalic (i'm not sure if that's a word). her chin needs to be pulled in a little more, and should more or less follow the vertical line i've drawn.
if you fix these, i don't think that you would have to change the nose. i think the reason it looks stretched is because of the entire jaw protruding too much. then again, i could be wrong.

good job on the lips, though. i like the way they look; full and sexy.

k rewrk it a little i apprecoate the feed back from all you guys even those who feel they don't know that much about structures. the important thing is that we are humans and we can still tell when someone look s abnormal so please still free to offer and comments or advice

The side view looks better now, but the ear is still placed too much forward. Just follow your jaw to your ear. You'll find out that the ear starts where the jaw ends.
Further more I think the ear is a bit on the small side.

I would say that the nose is to long and there is not enough space between the nose and the lips. The eyes are also too wide and spaced apart for a semi realistic human.

Great advice from nineinchneil. From the front I think it looks great but from the side the proportions do look off.

If you're going for a realistic model I'd use some decent reference photos. Preparation is half the game.
