I really like the improved mouth, gives it a kind of child-like quality, I'd like to see that expanded a bit more, with maybe more distinct cheeks. As has been mentioned the ears need some work. I'm not sure what the rings on the strap are supposed to read as, they kind of look like wires, where I'd expect something more along the lines of twine or lengths of leather. The cap right now feels more like a speedo cap than a hat, generally speaking you don't have materials other than plastic that are found shaped into a sphere without any seams.
I think you really have some nice appeal in the face, I look forward to your updates.
