Ehm, okay, volgens mij ontbreekt er ook iets.

Je hebt je compositie over een strakke lijn van rechtsboven naar linksonder lopen. Dat maakt het erg vlak.
Eigenlijk zou je links bovenin ook iets moeten zetten, een stukje kroonluchter ofzo, en rechts onderin ook iets, zoals een nachtkastje of een hobbelpaard.
Dan heb je dus een compositie over twee diagonalen, met in het kruispunt de kop van de fantom. Dat is vaak erg sterk. Als je daar ook nog eens al je licht op gooit (op z'n kop dus), knalt 'ie echt van het scherm af.
Punt is denk ik dat nu niet echt duidelijk is wie de hoofdfiguur is.

Maar ik vind 'em dus wel heel erg cool! :thumbsup:
Ik zie je wel meer van die strak belichte characters maken (zoals die meid met die paardestaarthoed en dat monster met die knipscharen) en ik moet je zeggen; ik mag dat stijltje wel!

Not sure if jeroentje said this already, but I don't think the kid looks scared or the fathom (phantom?) looks menacing. This doesn't make for a worse painting, I kind of like the slightly bemused look on the kid's face and the benevolent old ghost feeling.

also, if you still can, make the phantom's hand a lot larger. remember the rule of hand size compared to face size.

try exaggerating it a bit. skeletons with large hands look menacing to me.

otherwise, I think the scene is fine and the motion very dynamic
