Hi
I’m pretty new to Maya and I’m having problems saving, I was working on a head and saved as I usually do every 20 mins or so, Away I went back to the last copy of the file and opened it to find that a lot of the changes I made to the head where missing. I when back though the files and found that all the incremental saves where the same. Maya had seemed to save up to point and then ignore the changes.
Anyway I reluctantly reworked the model and tryed to save it again. Before closing the file I opened up another Maya window and tried opening the saved file, same thing again. The only way I could get it to recognise the changes I had made, was to delete the history.
The head was modelled out of Polys using Connect Poly Shape.
What do you recon?
