Well, there is some wrong proportions with the hands. As well in her face... And you give her some strange hairs that make her not as cute as she can be...
And the last thing is about clothe. It's too rigid for me...(I don't really know how to explain it in english...:blush: )
But keep going! It can be awsome!

main problem with the modelling is the mouth. some reference will do here.
I agree with Tintin, the clothing is very rough, like stiff cotton. It would fit her better if you gave her some soft looking clothes.
but overall nice.

Yep some problems to fix!
Her wrists seem to bend strangely, need to take care of those skin deformations.
But what u really need to work on is her nose ... it could use a better modeling, i think. Most of all, it seems there is light coming out of her nostrils ... a brilliant mind maibe eheheh :)
Keep it up! It seems good by now, try to fix those details!
