Thanks for trying to help. but it just could be me but i don't see it as of a lot of things because i need to go get new glasses.

The four options are decided by the 4 viewports you have displayed. Easiest thing to do is go into the viewport you want to show the camera view in, and press "C" on your keyboard.

Provided you haven't changed the keyboard commands that will give you the view of the camera. Then you can render from there.
