i know it´s going to sound stupid but is it possible to assign a decay rate on more than one light at the time, cause i can´t find the attribute in the attribute spread sheet...

I'm not totally sure, but I think the LightGirl script over on Highend3D can do this.

If it doesn't well it should because it does everything else!
