I have a low end production on my hands, and i need to be able to preform color manipulation in most of the footages (an orange and warm look), and i would like to know how can i pull this off using Adobe Premiere :surprised .

There's another thing i would like to know, how can i give some fantasy look to some of the shoots?

Premiere Pro has a new CC that can actually do a fairly nice job giving you control over the areas of the image based on levels. You should be able to pull what you want to do, just plan on spending some time rendering.
