CGTalk - Different Desire

I started this one as test project for learning how to setup light and how to do dirty textures. After some time of leaving this scene as it was(unfinished), I'v decided to add some new elements and complete it. And here it is.

Maya + MentalRay.

all is fit accept the paint peeling off in the rear wall and reavealing of the bricks is a bit abrupt( Do i make myself clear???? my english is a bit.........)...make some plaster stick on to that part aswell.........

other than this........great inspiration for me:thumbsup: :wavey:

the shadow on the walls caused by the lamp is also FAR too sharp, look at the distance between the lightsource and the object causing the shadow (the top of the lamp) - and then at distance between the lamp and the wall, see what i mean ?

softshadows needed ! =)

it's a bit dark for me high low is good but you need more fill

It sorta reminds me of Fraggle Rock, with those little construction guys building stuff all time.
