i stopped working on this image AGES ago but desided to continue it. iv got more experiance now and would like to improve it but i dont really know how. what do you guys sugest?

I think it's a funny picture and a nice concept, but I don't know what I should comment on. You say you want to continue it. Does that mean you want to change this picture or you want to create a new version of it? You also mention your skills have improved, but in what way? Well I'll try to give some comments.

Pay some more attention to the characters proportions. The right arm seems kinda short and the legs don't seem to be equal in lenght.
Work some more on the shading. The shading on the yellow thing, de bellenblaas, looks different from the characters shading. It looks more daring and self-assured. It looks very simple but I like it. Maybe the character needs a more complex way of shading, but you could give it a try shading it with the same brush as you used for the yellow thing and just as rough.

You say this image is very old. Please post a new version of it. It doesn't matter is the changes are very minimal, but at least we can see where you are now.
