CGTalk - Help?(My First One)

Hello everyone.

This is my Very First Human Mod.. I'm using nurbs patches. I'm in progress at this time, but I'm stuck..... I'm trying to pull out the jaw line right where the creese is. but it is at a spot that I really get to because that is were a few patches meet. any suggestions?
