No replies, eh? I'll take a stab...
Well first impression is it looks good, dark, but then again being a few miles down that's par for the course, I think you need some more subtle color variations in the crud that would have settled on the wreck, right now it looks like one solid hunk of grey metal with a smidge of rust here and there. It generally needs more growth on it (See attached pic)
I think the lighting over all needs a more green hue as well again take a look at this reference photo:

its a great scene, really... very deep atmosphere
as u said, some more grow thingies would be cool but it looks very nice at this state too... so keep up that great work :thumbsup:

Looks interasting, but the light effects are not like in water.

There is too musch BLUR don't you think? but atmosphere is realy good
