CGTalk - Character: Reaper

Just got my Wacom and this is my first stab at a digital painting. I did it for the background of a beer label I designed for a small local brewing company.

I look forward to getting better in the future. Does anyone have a good site for how to make your own custom brushes for Photoshop? Here I just used the default brush set.

Comments and crits are welcome of course.

Shocking! I guess its worse than I thought, I'll really have to reconsider before posting an artwork again. Sorry for not posting something more noteworthy.

If I don't get a response by tomorrow I'll trash the image and start again!:eek:

Dont trash the image! I like it. Its got great style, and brilliant colors. I hope to see more like this, keep em coming. :applause:

hey =)
i think it's good, the brushes are ok in my opinion, it fits to the label of a beer bottle. with an old style font on top, it looks perfect.
