Check this image ...
I am having some problem in some faces... so how to solve it. I believe uvw map gizmo is perfect.

So what is the problem & how to solve it?? I am using max6.

This looks like it's an artifact of the way the cylindrical gizmo projects the UVs onto the faces. You can try non-uniform scaling the gizmo on Z, and maybe also rotating it on X, until those faces are mapped correctly.

Your cylinder is double sided right?

If everything fails, try to delete the inside and set double sided in the material editor.

Maybe your normals are out of whack in those areas?
