View Full Version : Character: Kaminoan
Well, this is a double post here, as it is in the WIP section. But again, no one loves me in there. :p
UV mapped the colour map and now onto the spec, reflection and bump maps.

I especially like the nose,
looks like a slippery dude

I like the chaos of your skin texture, very natural.
P.S. your recent work is starting to give me a inferiority complex.
which is ok, because it makes me more determined to get better.

The resemblance is amazing.. I love her, she was my favorite character from Star Wars... plaese tell me you are going to animate her walk-cycle (elegance is the only word to describe it).
dreamsgate: Thanks too! Dont' worry. Just keep on blending and doing more modelling and you will get there. It has taken me 3 years of blending to get this far. And I have only recently started to concentrate on my texturing skills. So just keep pushing the envelope and it will happen.
Apollux: I am not going to do the whole character, sorry. So no walk cycle. Also, I can't animate my way out of a wet paper bag, so there is that aspect as well. I should learn that some day, but I prefer to model and texture before animating.
Thanks for the comments all.
Finished! As I feel that I can't imrpove anything on it. I know the eyes could use a reflection, but that's all that I can see myself. If you all have anything else to say, please feel free.
nice job, well i still miss a background, but the model is nice, and you know what I really like about her?
or is it _his_ eyes?
Anyway, she looks quite feminine and it's fine for me ;)
