CGTalk - Stepped Keys in Character Studio?

Hello together!

I want to animate with the Biped and do Pose to Pose Animation.
My problem is that I cant figure aut how to setup the TCB controllers to act like stepped keys. I want to get rid of the interpolation between my keys.
