CGTalk - Rending Wire & Shading together?

How do you render out an objects wireframe on top of the shading? I make 2 renders, one with wire one with shading and then comp them together in PhotoShop with blending modes. But there must be a way to do this directly in 3ds max without using PShop?

Copy the model, add a Push modifier set to a small positive amount, apply a wireframe material to the Pushed copy.
