Does Anybody know how to set the Start frame for an animation sequence in mayarender_with_mr command line,because the -s is useless...
I need this because my file can't render in sequence.
It appear such info" fatal 041052: accessing unknown tag 0x6e5
DB "in the mayaRenderLog.txt
Can anybody help me?

You can go into your render globals and set the start frame to were ever you want it and resave it, then mayarender_with_mr will start at that frame OR you could get Smedge (it's free) and start, and end at any frame.

I'll try the second way,because I have 1800 frame need to render,
so the first way is to hard for me...

Just be sure the keep the packet size small (around 5 to 10 frames), MR tends to crash on long runs, at least mine does. Smedge will render the packet and then restart the renderer (it doesn't affect your times) I haven't had a problem since I started using it and I render animations in the 100 to 1000 range.
