The tree looks megafake, but other than that, it's pretty nice.

I dont mind the tree so much, since there is very little of it, but the high gloss on the floor is too much. Overall I like the composition. Try some scratches on the marble floor, or uneven texturing.

You know something, people who do CG scenes always put dents and marks on objects, making them appear old and wornout, but what if this was a new house with a new piano. No one committed a sin. It can be very realistic, but people in the Cg industry always pick at scenes like this that is too clean. I did too, I guess I am even affected by this way of thinking. I even did a scene that was a showroom, everyone told me that it was too clean. Oh well, listen! there is nothing wrong with leaving it like the way it is.

i agree that you say.because i made the scean just to test the final render's GI ,the scean isn't so delicate.

I hope you don't call this a finished scene?
You need to add a background to fill in the blue. This scene could look awesome if you put some italian scenery, or some kind of moutain in the background

Good image. The tiles on the floor are too evident and too gloss.

Only crit is the piano, the keys would be really short... for a room like that, maybe a grand piano would look nice :)

Composition isnt bad, i would rotate the camera just a bit to the right so the piano is in a 1/3 position(rule of thirds)
I agree prev comments, definatly need longer keys. you could probably come across some simple blue prints for a piano, so you can get the proportions right. You need indevidual keys, as well as the black keys. I would turn down your global illumination down a bit, for more contrast. The texture of your piano is a bit reflective for the type of piano. Those types are generally not reflective at all, glossy perhaps, but rarely reflective. If your going to have the floor that reflective as well, i would suggest you blur the reflections just a bit. Of course work on the texture is just too tiled. Also i should note if your going for a picture, you would need to add a bench, looks like a nice southern piano room.
Oh just a comment on the dirty up thing. The reason its so popular to dirty something is, i think, because its easier than making a clean picture look real. On top of that you somewhat have the limitations of the ray tracing software your using, they still dont do it perfectly. Thats my two bits anyway.
