can't really see what you mean because of all this "wirr warr". can mark it red the parts where you have problems ??

You cant see the black seams?lol, i thought it was kinda obvious. They are right were the floor and ceiling meet the curved wall.

ahh ok, now i know what you mean. but need at least a wireframe screenshot (please select all your surfaces before and press the 1 key to get the simple view).
need to look at the wireframe to get an idea how you build the other parts.

have you built the two surfaces from the same curve (where the seam is visible) ? - if so you should increase tesselation on the two surfaces and this will most probably give you a good start
if that ain't the case you can always stitch edges
post a wireframe (wireframe on shaded)

How do I render a wireframe?

not render ! take a screenshot. you can do this by a special programm or just hit "AltGr+Print". then you can make a new file in PS and hit "Ctrl-V". save it and post it.
