increase the render tesselation of the nurbsshapes.
select the surfaces, open the attribute spreadsheet, in the tesselation tab set the explicit tess to on and then play with the number U and number V values.
usually values from 3 to 6 are fine, but some require hire settings.
ps. : set the display render tess to on to see the tesselation to decide
if this doesn't help your surfaces should be reattached or stitched

For trim edges like that - also try turning on smooth edge, and set the smooth edge ratio to .999

Hm.. still not quite perfect, how exactly do i use the stitch for this?

I think it's a renderer thing. I get gaps still in all my trimmed surfaces, but if I render in mental ray they disappear.

cause it tesselates better

I thought that I read somewhere that mental ray can detect the gaps and fills it in via a cheat, not by increasing the tessellation. I could be wrong or misunderstood what they were saying, I'm not a mental ray expert.

Please finish this sentence for me :D
To get rid of the gaps between the nurbs plane and the fillet click:
I dont really know anything about mental ray or how to turn it on.
If anyone knows of a good tutorial to help me with my problem please post it.

Hey Stagnate, hope this response isn't too late, or that you found the help elsewhere...anyways, try this:
Select one of the surfaces and open the attribute editor. Then expand the "Tesselation" section. Under that, expand the "Advanced Tesselation" section. Turn "Enable Advanced Tesselation" on and then make sure that Mode U and Mode V are both set to "Per Span # of Isoparms".
Repeat for the second surface. You may have to play around with the Number U and Number V settings but this should help get rid of your gaps.
