I can't find the colored one on your website. generally ppl don't like to struggle through websites to find the art they are pointed to, you better link it here :)
very cool style and image. I don't know exactly which way you want to go with this. If you consider this almost finished I can see why but you also can go refine it by adding details and such. I prefer the former.
for now there are some minor things. The right hand of the guy on the left seems very weird. that little finger must hurt ;) The right arm of the guy with the beer in the background seems slightly too high, like it's coming from behind his shoulder instead of his shoulder.
dig the style.

thanx for the comments..:)
well the colored one is in the digital section standing next to this one..didnt want to post it here cos both are large...anyway.
the arm doesnt belong to the guy who drinks his drink, instead to the one who yells behind him:)) maybe its a misunderstanding, no problem. and the right hand, its a quick caricature sketch after all..just turned out to be a colored sketch later, thats all.. :)
thanx for the crits again..thats really important.

hey, great drawing, one of the most usefull advices that i read here is about using a paper sheet over the tablet, feels like drawing with pencil, i think is harder to get use to the mouse that comes with the tablet, hehe.

well, I prefer not to use any paper sheet on wacom, instead I use it directly...grab the pen and show what u got.its always the best way, thats me of course:)
ps : I do sometimes use scanned work as a sketch, thats an alternative way, it works... but realy rarely I do that.

Wonderful line work, very Al Hirschfeld like!!!!
I have a funny way of using my tablet, I cut off the thumb and index finger of a cotton glove so that my hand doesn't stick to the plastic surface. It's nice and warm too which is nice considering it was -40°C outside a few days ago. :O
