CGTalk - loose walk cycle!!

hi guys.. here is my 1st post into this animation section.. actually for long i'm into modelling & texturing stuffs... i even participated into the "ALIENWARE CONTEST"
but my ultimate interest goes to character animation.. so i'm on my way.. this is my initial animation test... i've created a simple char. rig. and i'll be playing with it for learning.. this is a loose kind of walkcycle" i've used 3dsmax bone tools and character set.. for this.. :)
just want to hear some comments for my 1st kinda character animation:)

get the body moving side to side, rotate it side to side, it's wayyy to stif at the moment, really go crazy and exagerate...GL
