I need those who can produce high res textures from scratch (Not photo manipulated ones) to post any work exapmles here, Especially if you are looking to break into the games industry.

Are you offering a job? Or are you asking for tutorials about how the painting is done? If the latter, I can point you to some geood links. If the former, I think you'll get better responses in the Studios Hiring forum.
