ANyone got a clue what this error message means?

The instruction at"0x76fb194c" referenced memory at "0x00000000", the memorycould not be "read"

I'm trying to render this scene and it keeps crashing on me. Tried to break it down into pass but it's not working out.
Any help would be appreciated.

have you tried exporting the sequence to mi2 files and then rendering from the command line / batch render thingy? Worked fine for me when I was getting a similar message.
