I don't know if thios is smoething with my eyes but in viewport objects like for example spehere seems to be thinner than in render window. Is this something wrong with some sort of viewport setting or this is normal thing.

acauly its most likey your view prt that is fine but your render window distorts the image, just look at your render setting and put the scale to 1 under the resolution settings

pixel ratio.

distortion with certain formats such as ntsc on you computer screen are expected and will resolve correctly on output medium like to TV monitor.
if rendering/outputting for something that will only be seen computer, or rendering at 640x480 then AnotherHell is right put your ration to 1, otherwise to TV etc, use your regional standard(eg. TV is generally 4:3 yet 720x480, standard NTSC, is obviously not that ratio so adapts pixel ratio)
search the web for pixel ratio, television formats etc.
