Hello! Dont know why I started a new thread but thats what it came to so far. No cars and people yet but Im happy with it now.

I hope to render a little flythrough by tommorow morning but single frame takes up to 30 minutes ;( Im going to work with GI baking soon. Also Im going to pump up details on the front buildings.

JEah... its gonna take me 4 month to render this if I wond bake GI =) that is dipressing. Again C&C is very welcome.

I already know about titleing textures on some of the buildings, i won't fix them untill it comes to GI baking.

maybe the sky needs to look a bit more "future"? =)

not much else to say, I look forward to see it completed.

i like the feeling., the 'bridge' in the foreground doesnt seem to connect with the building in right

pretty smooth mate, i suggest not usign red brick tho, that hasnt been used since the 50's ;):buttrock:

Lol, that's what I like about that, it's the style, it looks like they took (or made, if you like) more old buildings and put them on top of each other.

hey i really dig the image's grain, was that post render or is it some kind of atmospheric mumbo-jumbo ?

Joril: thats exactly what im doing. As someone pointed I try to get away from ala Blade Runner city. It is more of The Fifth Element but still even less industrial

OrestesMantra : Yeah. But it is called gollacticnet. if you look closer every brik has a logo of GN on it :)

god : God I know you are god but I try to challange and get this 50-60's feel in the futuristic city =)

Thank you all for good comments.. really makes me feel happy about this picture. THough im working on something even nicer right now I'll post it as soon as im done. But I cant look at this pic now because it looks crappy =)))
