This is a new model Im working on. Weighing in at about 2100 tris.

Gonna add some more accessories to the model and probably do some more adjustments to the mesh and proportions. Than I'll be on to textures

you have a lot of antonomy problems on your model. the legs are definately too short, feet seem way too small, and the knees look quite messy, you might wanna post a wireframe as well so we can point out some errrors, hands need more work too. also, the left lower leg seems bigger than the right?

Your gonna need more definition between the pecks and the deltoid. At the moment they just blend into each other.

The shape of his head looks unatural, I think his cheekbones are too big.

I would like to see a wireframe because the model looks poorly constructed regarding your edge-looping.

Dont give up though, its a good starting point and human models take a lot of effort to get right.

some good crits. I havent made any adjustments yet but I'll try to wok on it some more today. As for the wires, here ya go

The main things that stick out all those edges meeting that one vertex on the deltoid/pectorial.

The clavicle should curve around the neck and dip into the shoulder muscles.

He looks like he's severally breathing in, in fact you've got quite a few edges around the ribcage and stomach area that you dont really need.

There are edges all over the model that you just dont need. The brachoiradalis on the forearm is shaped like a bicep on your model, when it should twist around the arm. You can get the effect with texturing but you need the right shape to start with.

Also the neck should extend up to the back of the head, at the moment the head is just resting directly on top.

I took your suggestions in mind as I messed with the model a bit. I got rid of some ufly places where a lot of edges coincided with one vert, I changed the lower arms, I adjusted the knees, and I did some other things I prolly forgot about. Crit it more now plz :) I'd like to have a solid body before I add any clothes. I didnt fix the hands btw, I intend to redo those
