1) i would reduce the glow around the figure in the giant's hand and improve the detail of the figure.

2) the face of the giant looks very flat. remember, most facial structures are a covex shape. the face also looks like he wants to eat the figure in it's hand.

3) i would turn the upper arms out a bit. when doing figures built like your giant, i often use muscle building magazines as references for massive muscle structure.
