I've been using a reverse foot setup for a while now in various packages, but have always found it fiddly when the trailing leg has to lift from the ground (when the weight is on the ball).
I always find this transition from rotating the foot up onto the ball, and then lifting the foot using the heel null causes a nasty stutter in what should be a smooth ankle motion.
I think the main problem I have is that finding a reverse foot setup tutorial is pretty easy, but just try finding a tutorial on using it with walk cycles !
Does anyone have a better technique, and what are the advantages / disadvantages of reverse foot over inverse foot ?
Thanks in advance.
