i just started learning maya and is still going through the manual right now but what i want to know is, whenever i render an image, even if it's a basic sphere the edge of the shape is always rough andlooks like anti-alised is turned off even though i have it set to highest quality
i have noticed this doesn't happen when i render an iamge in 3ds max so what can it be? bad settings? i followeed the manual on rendering but it still turned out looking pretty crap.
