She looks cool! This pic has a nice feel to it. Is she like in a lake or is that her reflection? What exactly is she?

I wasn't really trying to do anything in peticualar. Just what came out. I guess it looks a bit like a reflection, although her face isn't wavey, just the edges. Well, thanks for the comment.

Any idea how I can use photoshop to make the nose a little smaller?, it's buggin me.
