rushi 01-20-2004, 09:07 PM I am using texporter for texturing T-shirt. now the problem is it is overlaping a lot.. i am not getting clean mash.
so Is it possible that i can select some part (polygons ) & then apply uvw map to that part only & get clean mash?? If yes then HOw??

Force texporter to unwrap only some polygons and not others? "Only ID" is one way, "Only Selected" is another.

Using uvw map instead of uvwunwrap might help... by making different ids for each part... then using textporter and the option only ID you might be able to work somthing out... use a planar gizmo in the uvw map and orient it the right way so the mesh textporter will create will be a planar one easier to work with
