is it possible to animate an extrude??? i need to have someone throwing a rope around something and i need to animate the extrude along the path curve. if possible, can anyone tell me how to??? i really need help...thanks.

well, i don't know if this is possible either, but can't you just create the extruded object and morph/blend the non-extruded into it's final state ?! :shrug:

Just keep history whien you extrude. Then just keyframe the extrude attribs in the channel box.
