OK so I got this softBody object And I want it to morph into my logo. Now I ahve been using blendshapes but its not working and creating some nasty effects I was wondering if any of you out there knew any good tutorials or know yourself what I can do to get this effect?
Thanks for you time

You would need to make a softbody with the original as a goal. You can then deform the original object and you will get soft motion from the softbody as it follows the goal. You can adjust the goal weight to get more or less stiff action. It's not clear what you want to morph into your logo, you just say "this softbody object" but I have no idea what that is exactly. If it's a complex object, you're not going to have a lot of luck using softbodies because you would have to model morph targets for the base object and then you're running into the same problems as your blendshape. Morphing between complex objects is pretty difficult, I have had an idea for a film I want to do for about 5 years now but it involves morphing throughout the entire film, runtime would be around 5 minutes probably. Kind of similar to what was done on The Time Machine with Guy Pierce... except that that took an entire studio to get all that morphing to work correctly. So, post some more info and pix of what you're going from and where you want it to go to and we can maybe get a better idea of methods.
