I'd say make a shader for a sphere to look like a force field. if you have something specefic in mind how about posting some ref material, or your own attempt so that we can help you out.

The green is already a forcefield but the blue 1 have to go around the green 1 until you have a sphere shape
and then the seaquense have reoeat itself :-)

OK, so the blue part have to rotate and "create" the sphere force field that disapears again with time?? I understand.
But I don't know how to do that. Will think about it.

Hi,
Have you simply tried the slice options that are part of the default sphere options, you can animate those spinners to create a sphere that 'grows'.
Then just use the out of bounds controls in the graph editor to make it loop forever. You'll need to put an edit mesh modifier on the top of the stack and delete the poly's that give the sphere a solid shape.
Then just apply a 2 sided material with a moving noise map on the opacity map.
Or maybe i've misunderstood your drawing :D If so, can you explain a bit more, I'm sure what your aiming for is quite possible...
