hi everyone and happy new year!
workin on a thesis project ... :( using maya to create football robot animations (like FOX tv) to be used during our university football games on a huge 30ft screen outside.....just to fill everyone in.
i noticed when i switched my scene/objects to global illumination, i did a snapshot render of my scene. it took a while longer than usual. i'm worried that if i have this going for a multiple character animation that we're talkin super long rendering times. What do you all think? twice as long to render?
Thanks
Peter
