View Full Version : Vehicle: Viper RT-10 (my 1st car model)
DeathCarrot 01-18-2004, 11:05 PM this is my 1st real attempt at modelling a car. All work Cinema 4D R8.5. Total working time is around 7 hours, 6 hours for the modelling (a bit slow as im new to point modelling) and an hour for lighting/texturing/rendering, C&C is very welcome :D there's no interor as i cant find that many great pics of it, and the rims are a bit different to what you would find on a retail RT-10, but.. oh well, here's the pic

the mesh is a bit messy, i had to triangulate some corners i wanted to make a bit sharper, as.. well it was the easiest way, hypernurbs weighting didnt want to give me the right result

You should've spent some more time working on it!
It's a sin to have a convertable car without its interior...lol
While this looks like a great start of a WIP model, it doesn't quite look like a finished work...sorry.
